NADA YOGA, a way to discover the Voice of the Soul
Starting in October 2020 with Gian Antonio Fabris
Sound Yoga is an ancient Indian tradition passed down orally from teacher to student for millennia. In our lessons, we will practice the basics of Nada Yoga with voice emission exercises, meditation on sound, diction and mantra chanting. We will also practice songs on the notes of main Indian Raga (melodic mode). We will discover that sound (Nada) can lead to silence, as it represents one of the most powerful expressions of Consciousness (Citta). Working actively with sound thus becomes a form of Yoga.
